　　1、首先對位移傳感器進(jìn)行檢查：

　　因?yàn)槔υ囼?yàn)機(jī)系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)，要想知道是哪個(gè)部分出現(xiàn)了問題，就一定要切斷系統(tǒng)中的回路，使其成為一個(gè)開環(huán)的系統(tǒng)。從而可以判斷試驗(yàn)機(jī)的傳感器信號是不是正常。這個(gè)時(shí)候也要斷開位移傳感器的反饋信號，使其成為開環(huán)。此時(shí)工作站發(fā)出一個(gè)控制動(dòng)作器移動(dòng)的信號，對傳感器的反饋值進(jìn)行測量，在幾次重復(fù)之后，傳感器的反饋數(shù)據(jù)值可以組成一條直線，這個(gè)直線是線性變化的，從而就可以知道傳感器是不是有問題了。

　　在已經(jīng)排除了位移傳感器的問題之后，因?yàn)槔υ囼?yàn)機(jī)的系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)，放大器單元的正常與否是一定要進(jìn)行檢查的，方法就是斷開放大器單元的輸出信號。將輸出接線拆除，在放大器單元加上一個(gè)直流輸入信號，然后測量擺錘沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)放大器單元的輸出情況，在重復(fù)試驗(yàn)幾次之后，得到一個(gè)放大器單元輸出信號的線性變化趨勢數(shù)據(jù)，這樣就可以知道放大器單元是不是有問題了。

　　工作站當(dāng)中的動(dòng)作器的行程正常情況下應(yīng)該是±50mm，如果與這個(gè)數(shù)字不符，那么就是系統(tǒng)設(shè)定的問題，就需要重新的設(shè)定系統(tǒng)。要是工作站的顯示板上面的顯示值依舊不正確，那么就可以判定只有重新的標(biāo)定位移系統(tǒng)，才可以解決這一類的問題。
